RECIPE TIME!


10 cups bread and croissants torn in pieces
6 cups milk
2 cups sugar
15 eggs
2 Tb. cinnamon
1 cup raisins

Cut bread and croissants in cubes
Mix milk, sugar, eggs, and cinnamon
Put bread and croissants in oven proof dish
Pour milk mixture over all so each piece is soaked
Sprinkle raisins on top
Cover with foil
Bake at 350 for 45 to 65 min. or till mixture is firm
Serve with hot maple syrup or table cream
Serves 20
