"Mary did you know"-- by Donny Osmond



My Thoughts:
I have truly loved this song and the words so eloquently conveyed. My favorite phrase in all of this is: "This child that you delivered, will soon deliver you." There is so much here to think about with that statement.

I have often thought of just what qualities Mary had, that she was chosen to be the mother of the Son of God. No doubt, to me, she had to be near perfect I would suspect. The relationship with her husband Joseph, the home environment and the atmosphere that would have been created to raise such a boy. So much to think about. I can only ponder, as Mary did, when she was told she would be the mother of the Son of God, what it would be required to raise such a boy.
